These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Closetary website, waitlist, mobile application and related services.

Closetary is currently in early product development, with a private beta planned for the UK market. Some features described in these Terms may only apply once the product becomes available.

1. Who We Are

Closetary Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Closetary is building an AI-powered wardrobe intelligence platform that helps users digitise clothing, organise wardrobes, receive outfit suggestions, plan re-wears and make better decisions around reuse, resale, repair and donation.

2. Using Closetary

By using our website, joining the waitlist, creating an account or using any Closetary service, you agree to these Terms.

You must use Closetary lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt the service, upload harmful content, or use Closetary in a way that could damage the service or other users.

3. Early-Stage Product

Closetary is currently in early development. Features, availability, pricing and product functionality may change as we test and improve the service.

Private beta access may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn at our discretion.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up or creating an account.

5. Wardrobe Content

You may be able to upload clothing photos, item descriptions, preferences and other wardrobe-related content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you give Closetary permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.

6. AI Features

Closetary may use AI-assisted features to help organise wardrobe items, suggest outfits and provide wardrobe insights.

AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. They may not always be accurate, suitable or complete.

You remain responsible for your own clothing, styling, resale, repair, donation and purchasing decisions.

7. Sustainability Insights

Closetary may provide sustainability-related insights to help users understand the potential impact of re-wearing, repairing, reselling or donating clothing.

These insights are estimates based on available information, recognised data sources and practical assumptions. They are not certified scientific audits or formal environmental assessments.

8. Resale, Repair and Donation

Closetary may in the future help users discover resale, repair, donation or reuse pathways.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Closetary does not currently guarantee any resale value, repair outcome, donation acceptance, or third-party service availability.

Any third-party services will be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Payments and Pricing

Closetary is currently focused on the private beta. Pricing has not been finalised.

If paid features are introduced in the future, prices and payment terms will be clearly shown before purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

The Closetary name, branding, website, design, software, product concepts and related materials belong to Closetary Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service without permission.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Closetary may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or early-stage product development.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closetary Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Closetary at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for Closetary, other users or third parties.

14. Privacy

Your use of Closetary is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
